FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, blanching and mincing cherry plums, freezing and mincing coriander and dill, mincing chicken meat, boiling rice up to double increase in weight and mincing the rice, mixing the said ingredients with bone broth, salt and CO2-extracts of peppermint and black pepper, packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
