Total endoprosthesis replacement of amazed joints is performed in one stage serially, firstly on a hip joint, then on a knee joint with bracing components of endoprosthesises on osteal cement. Thickened and scleroid back capsule of a knee joint is dissected cross-sectionally. Simultaneously with endoprosthesis replacement, initially during the operation, a subtotal synovectomy of jointsis made, and the centres of autoimmune inflammation are surgically sanified.
