FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: revisory femoral component of a hip joint endoprosthesis consists of a leg which distal part is made in the form of a cone, its proximal part, from the medial party, being arcually bent and supplied with tracing inset with a basic collar and a neck. The lateral part of the tracing inset is supplied with dredging with apertures, with the basic collar in lateral part begining in the area of the leg axis.
EFFECT: possibility to use the femoral component of endoprosthesis at various degrees of femur proximal part resorption.
