FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has head member, neck, collar and stem. The collar is connected to the neck by means of spherical ball articulation. Articulation head base is fixed on neck base end surface and is enveloped with collar member. Free part of articulation head is rotatably arranged in congruent cavity produced in proximal stem part and is immersed into the cavity outside of the equator plane and fixed with screws.
EFFECT: high fixation stability.
