FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device contains rotating wheel with circumferential groove, holder for arched mould and support. Holder is equipped with assembly of matrix heater casing, which includes casing of matrix heater, matrix for pressing and assembly of electric induction heating coil, which is arranged with the possibility of excitation to provide electric heating of matrix together with magnetised means of matrix. Assembly of matrix heater casing contains inlet unit, matrix unit, bucket part and casing of matrix heater. Inlet unit is formed together with matrix unit from non-magnet material, which interacts with bucket part from magnet material. Bucket part is exposed to induction heating by means of electric current passing with power of 12 kW and frequency of 50 Hz through assembly of electric induction heating coil and maintains matrix temperature at the account of heat conductivity, which is equal to 700° C.
EFFECT: limitation of magnet leakage through holder and steel structures adjacent to it prevents their excessive heating and provides transfer of higher portion of power supplied to matrix unit.
