FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of preform with inlet opening and embedded parts in the form of spherical dielectric reflectors of ultrasonic beam into electrolyte, bringing of preform to anode of technological current source, use of annular current contact jaw installed next to inlet opening, source of technological current brought to cathode, and direction of ultrasonic beam to reflector, which sends it to the following reflector and to manufactured channel. Ultrasonic beam is displaced from center of reflector to periphery along trajectory of flat spiral of Archimedes until anode dissolution of closed channel, after closed channel manufacture reflectors are destroyed and removed from preform. Device contains bath for electrolyte, anode filled with electrolyte in the form of preform with inlet opening and embedded parts, which are arranged in the form of ultrasonic beam reflectors, and annular cathode that is installed next to inlet opening of preform. Reflectors are made of spherical shape from dielectric ceramics and are concave from the side of ultrasonic beam supply.

EFFECT: invention is directed at manufacture of closed channels in preforms.
