FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and can be used in designing the high-accuracy voltage (current) reproduction and measurement in a wide range. The proposed differential-voltmeter-controlled wide-range calibrator incorporates an amplifier with a scaling divider in the feedback circuit connected to the calibrator terminal, a reference voltage source and reference voltage digital-analog converter (DAC) with its output connected to the aforesaid amplifier input and DAC input, and with its second input is connected, via the differential voltmeter input scaling circuit, to the meter input terminal. Note that DAC is connected so as to allow writing its digital code into the DAC control circuit, the calibrator output being connected, via switch contacts, to the control differential voltmeter.
EFFECT: simplification, higher-accuracy and deeper self-diagnostics.
