SUBSTANCE: in a motor vehicle (MV), connected with the global navigation satellite system, an on-board electronic device with a unique individual number that allows identifying the MV, in which it is installed. The on-board electronic device is equipped with functions for determining the location and/or measuring, and/or registering the speed of MV movement. The complete information on the MV location, speed of movement and stops is transferred to the computer system of the monitoring and control centre for road traffic safety authorities through appropriate communication channels in various modes. In the navigation maps of the computer system of the monitoring and control centre for road traffic safety authorities, current speed limits, restrictions on MV parking in road sections and dedicated lanes for public transport are recorded. If the MV driver violates the restrictions on the speed limits, restrictions on the MV parking and on movement in the dedicated lane for public transport, which are in force in this road section, the information on the violation of traffic rules, indicating the type, time and location of the violation together with the MV identification data is recorded in the computer system of the data processing centre of road traffic safety authorities.

EFFECT: insurance of recording and registration of committed violations of driving regulations, in terms of following the speed limits of MV movement, and the rules for MV parking, or movement in the dedicated lane for public transport.
