FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to food industry and may be used for grain loaves production. Loaf contains mixture, which holds its shape and consists of ready-to-use grain pieces and binder 1. The loaf contains filling agent including multitude of discrete agglomerates. Besides, individually, agglomerates include multitude of particles containing milk protein product combined with binder 2. Binder 1 links grain pieces and agglomerates.
EFFECT: preservation of grain loaves texture and flavour and smell at extended storage life.
