SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food-canning industry. Canned food is produced by pork loin cutting, frying in vegetable oil, onion cutting and frying, tomatoes cutting and blanching, runner beans and parsley freezing and cutting. The above ingredients are mixed up with table salt and bitter black pepper avoiding oxygen access. Produced mixture and bone cook water are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with digestibility properties.
