FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat and vegetable canned food production technology. Method provides for potato blanching and chopping, garlic blanching and chopping, greens freezing and chopping and lamb shredding and chopping. The above ingredients are mixed up with eggs, table salt and bitter black pepper avoiding oxygen access until minced meat is ready. Then it is formed, breaded and breadcrumbs and fried in vegetable oil making crockets. Crockets and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility properties.
