FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and can de used for treatment of composite fractures. The external fixation device of injured pelvic ring and external fixation device of injured collar bone are mounted. The connecting rod is installed with a telescopic rod fixed on its end. The smooth part of the telescopic rod is carried into an orifice of a reducing block. The reducing block is placed by a holder of the external fixation device of pelvic ring. Bunches of pins are inserted into the bone parts of injured segments of thorax. Bunches of pins are fixed by a damper to connecting rod of the device. The method ensures patient's mobility and reduces risk of pneumonic complication.
EFFECT: ensuring of patient's mobility, risk reduction of pneumonic complication.
