FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator is related to devices that are used in maintenance of machines, lathes, presses and other equipment. It contains transfer mechanism, actuator mechanism with grips for items catching and drive. Transfer mechanism is made in the form of multilink hinge-lever mechanism that connects basic crank-yoke mechanism and outlet link - pusher, which is kinematically connected to the yoke of basic mechanism. At that kinematic connection includes slider that is hingedly joined with yoke and conjugated with guiding frame, which is rigidly fixed on pusher. Actuating mechanism contains master link, which is pusher of transfer mechanism, outlet links with grips for items catching and fixed cam with figured slots for interaction with rollers of outlet links. Outlet links are hingedly connected to pusher by means of finger that is rigidly fixed on the pusher free end.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency and technological resources of manipulator.
