FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator is related to devices that are used in maintenance of machines, lathes, presses and other equipment. It contains transfer mechanism, actuator mechanism with grips for items catching and drive. Transfer mechanism is made in the form of multilink cam-tooth-lever mechanism that connects kinematically joined master cam, yoke, to which tooth gear is fixed, gear, to which carrier is rigidly fixed, and outlet link arranged in the form of pusher and frame, which is rigidly fixed on pusher. Actuating mechanism contains master link, which is outlet link of transfer mechanism and outlet links that are hingedly connected to pusher and conjugated by means of rollers with figured slots of fixed master cam. Manipulator does not produce shock in operation and has higher efficiency.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of manipulator and absence of shocks in operation.
