SUBSTANCE: device for dast-fibered material preprocessing contains holding conveyor, double scutching drums with tapered and cylindrical sections, in each of scotching sections guarding enclosure is implemented. It coincides by shape with scutching drums felling cutter path, loading hopper lengthwise of scutching sphere with directional screen at its upper end, left and right in every scutching section flexible restraint are installed. It separates areas with cylindrical section from areas with tapered section of double scutching drums.
EFFECT: machine productivity improvement for dast-fibered material preprocessing.
