FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device for wastes recycling contains cylindrical working chamber with loading opening and fire grate, afterburning chamber and ash chamber, channels for air supply and exhaust of combustion products. Device is installed horizontally and is equipped with heating element, which is installed between working chamber and afterburning chamber. Afterburning chamber is made in the form of heatproof insert with cone-shaped center, inside of which hollow unit of secondary oxidiser heating is installed for further mixing in cone-shaped center with products of pyrolysis that are produced in working chamber, filled with heat resistant material that provides increase of contact surface area, and installed with channels for supply of secondary oxidiser in its casing. Active zone of afterburning chamber is formed with external side of surface, which forms mentioned cone-shaped center, and internal surface of mentioned heat proof insert. In top end part of heat proof insert there are openings arranged for supply of additional oxidiser into active zone, and bottom end part of heat proof insert is connected with channel of combustion products exhaust.
EFFECT: increase of completeness of fuel combustion and reduction of hazardous emission into environment.
