FIELD: physics; engineering procedures.
SUBSTANCE: substance of invention consists in manufacturing of multipurpose integrated-optical element (MIOE) by proton-exchange reaction through special mask in melt acids. Proton-exchange reaction is carried out using lithium tantalate crystal in sealed pressure chamber at low-speed vibration and at temperature 310-373°C within 5-22 hours in melt pure stearic acid added with lithium stearate within concentration range 0.5-1.15 mass %; low-speed vibration is performed at frequency 5 to 8 Hz.
EFFECT: possibility to improve parameters of optical fibre gyroscopes.
