FIELD: electricity, heating.

SUBSTANCE: electric high-temperature and waterproof electric heater in the shape of an axisymmetrical body has a conduit from a composition of fibrous material in the form of wound up layers of fiberglass tape, impregnated with a bonding agent and a heating element from carbon fiber tape located inside the wall of the conduit. According to the invention the heating element and layers of fiberglass tape are impregnated with sodiumborosilicatephosphate cold setting binder with the subsequent drying at the temperature 70-120°C in an hour.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency and reliability in operation.
