FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of milling is performed on bone or other tissue of patient to form cavity with shape and sizes which allow said cavity to take implant (or for other purposes, when tissue must regenerate). Milling is performed with low rotation frequencies without washing, without tissue heating and without necrosis, which occurs in tissue. Milling tools design allows collecting tissue particles without using sucking-in device. Said particles are in optimal biological state for application in autotransplantation due to the fact that neither overheating nor washing are involved in process of milling. As a result, method is capable of constant self-adjustment according to characteristics of definite section of drilled-out tissue, protecting surrounding tissue, preventing section heating and simultaneously eliminating side effects. Tools have characteristics which are intended for holding particles, without their releasing, when used.
EFFECT: method allows collecting tissue particles and using them further to prepare effective process of autotransplantation.
