SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used in prosthetics of hip joint. Non-rotating tool for removal of bone tissue from channel of iliac bone comprises surface for removal of bone tissue, configured for bone tissue removal from channel of iliac bone and formation of bone cavity of channel, and a positioning element configured to receive guide element located in bone cavity, and positioning surface for removal of bone tissue inside channel of iliac bone; he surface for removal of bone tissue is configured relative to positioning element so that surface for removal of bone tissue is guided by guide element and forms a bone cavity channel in channel of iliac bone so that surface for removal of bone tissue adjoins a cortical layer of bone. To perform arthroplasty of cotyloid cavity, position of guide element in channel of iliac bone is determined, channel of iliac bone extends from surface of cotyloid cavity, substantially in direction of iliac crest; drive in non-rotating tool for removal of bone tissue, aligned relative to channel of iliac bone so that above said tool is directed guide element and removes bone tissue inside channel of iliac bone to form a bone cavity channel; fixed in bone cavity channel fastening implant; on fastening implant a cotyloid implant placed in acetabulum.
