SUBSTANCE: device consists of the motor stator arranged fast on the automotive wheel suspension load-bearing elements and a motor rotor arranged on the automotive wheel disk. The rotor active element with its inside part accommodating a "squirrel cage" made up of two steel rings interconnected by studs is made in light alloy material and represents an annular insert with flanging provided with the holes. The said rotor is screwed to the wheel disk. The gap between the annular insert and the wheel disk is blocked by means of a polymer glue.

EFFECT: lower weight and simpler design.
