FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: raw running water is treated in the separate electrode unit using package of parallel soluble electrodes, supplied to reactor-settler where it is exposed to electrical flotation in filling and settling regime, thus within the whole treatment cycle water is saturated with hydrogen in the electrode unit, and with oxygen in reactor-settler. After reactor-settler is filled, filling package of parallel soluble electrodes is disconnected, and water supply is stopped. And after coagulant is raised to reactor-settler mouth, electrical flotation electrodes are disconnected, hydrogen and oxygen supply is stopped. Formed coagulant is removed, e.g., poured out, and treated water is filtered.
EFFECT: improved physical and chemical and organoleptic properties of drinking water.
