FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and represents method of L-lysine production. L-lysine is produced by cultivation of bacteria Methylophilus growth of which is due to methanol as basic carbon source and capable to produce L- lysine and having dihydrodipicolinatesynthase is suscitated using transformation through cells injected with DNA coding dihydrodipicolinatesynthase in medium containing methanol as basic carbon source to produce and cumulate L-lysine in culture, and L-lysine gathering from culture.
EFFECT: production of high efficient L-lysine.
