FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, biochemistry, amino acids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of L-lysine. Method of L-lysine preparing involves culturing coryneformic bacteria transformed with recombinant DNA (variants) presented in the description as enumeration of sequences. Recombinant DNA comprises: a) DNA sequence encoding aspartate kinase where feedback inhibition by L-lysine and L- threonine is desensitized essentially; and b) DNA sequence encoding dihydropicolinate reductase. Recombinant DNA is self-replicated in cells of coryneformic bacteria. Culturing transformed bacteria is carried out in medium suitable for producing and accumulation of L-lysine in bacterial culture and L-lysine is extracted from culture.
