SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing bacterium of genus Escherichia accumulation of L-lysine in culture and collection of L-lysine from cultural fluid. Microorganism shows activity of dihydropicolinate synthase with its desensibilization by feedback inhibition by L-lysine and aspartate kinase with its desensibilization by feedback inhibition by L-lysine and expression of gene encoding dihydropicolinate reductase is enhanced in cells.
