FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to analytical method. Device includes substrate with plasmon-resonance surface, on which sample is placed, source of light beam, and lens unit that has tip and nanolens installed on the tip, which consists of one or several plasmon-resonance particles (PRP). PRP are installed so that modes of electromagnet clearance are created in near-field region in the space between nanolens and detection area on substrate surface adjacent to it, with value of clearance between nanolens and substrate of 30 nm or less. Focusing mechanism in device executes displacement of lens beam in direction to substrate surface and back for creation of electromagnet clearance modes, which amplify spectral signal of combination dispersion that are generated by sample on detection area. Device and method are suitable, for instance, for identification of serially installed bases in single-stranded DNA, for direct sequencing of DNA.
EFFECT: provides possibility to to carry out parallel analysis of multiple samples.
