FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of determining biomolecules using the giant Raman scattering (GRS) effect and can be used in medical diagnostics to identify protein markers of various pathologies, including using "laboratory on a chip" technology. Protein detection method involves preparation of solid-phase GRS substrate, which is a drop of a mixture of sol plasmon nanoparticles with a solution of protein-containing analyzed sample, frozen on a substrate from heat-conducting material which does not have proper Raman spectrum; exposing the obtained substrate to a laser beam while cooling the GRS substrate to a temperature which provides the substrate in a solid state, recording the GRS spectrum and mating the spectrum.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in intensity and increase in signal / noise ratio of obtained spectra, including in the presence of impurities, and high stability of the obtained analysis results in time.
