FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention "Planar nanostructured sensor based on surface plasmon resonance to enhance the Raman scattering of light of human platelets and a method for obtaining it" relates to the field of physics, namely to optics, and is a device - a nanostructured optical sensor based on the effect of surface plasmon resonance, used for amplification of the signal of Raman scattering of light from platelets (up to orders of magnitude 102 times). The invention can be used in physics, medicine, biophysics. The sensor allows to identify the vibrational structure of platelets. The claimed invention is an optical sensor device based on the effect of surface plasmon resonance generated on anodized titanium surfaces 1 by 1 cm in size, coated with gold nanoparticles 20-80 nm in size and obtained using femtosecond laser ablation.
EFFECT: use of the claimed invention allows accurate determination of the vibrational modes of human platelets.
