FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optics. Method of obtaining an optical sensor involves creating a multilayer plasmon structure containing a layer of nanoparticles. To square, with size of 1 × 1 cm, chemically purified quartz glass (KU-1 grade) is applied, and then hydrosol of silver nanoparticles with size of 44 nm in amount of 20 mcl is thermally dried at temperature of 60–100 °C for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of simple and effective structure for recording of amplified Raman scattering signal (up to orders of 103) by electromagnetic field of plasmons generated under action of coherent laser radiation on its surface, design allowing to determine small (up to 10-5 M) concentration of chemical organic substances.
