FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of snack tinned food. Prepared eggs are boiled, peeled and diced. Smoked brisket is diced and fried all over with vegetable oil. Prepared garlic is blanched and rubbed through. String beans and chicory greens are sliced and frozen. All listed components are mixed up in oxygen free medium with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, mustard, black bitter pepper and CO2 extract of pyrolised wood. Produced mixture and vegetable oil is packed up, tinned and sterilised to make end product.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
