SUBSTANCE: preserved food is made by cutting and frying pork in vegetable oil, boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley and basil leaves, mixing specified ingredients with acetic acid, salt, calcium ascorbate, hot black pepper and СО2-extract of pyrolized wood, packing obtained mixture and vegetable oil, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: preserved food has enhanced digestibility.
