SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of snack preserved food production. Hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and cut. Potatoes and cucumbers are cut and blanched. Carrots are blanched and cut. Potherbs are cut and frozen. Calamari fillet is cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, calcium lactate and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
