FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a base plate and cutting units made up of cut-off and cut-out knives. The base plate accommodates a continuous-rotation table furnished with the bread cells provided with the grooved bearing bars representing the chutes arranged radially on the rotation table. The device is furnished with the cam fixed on the table and linked with the push rods arranged in the aforesaid cells to reciprocate therein and provided with the with the grooves for the cut-out knives to there through. The said grooves are arranged on push rod end faces on the side of contact with the bread product. Cutting blocks of the cut-off and cut-out knives are fixed on the base plate around the table edges.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and quality.
