FIELD: baking industry, in particular, equipment used in production of hardtacks.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bed and rotary table provided with four charging hoppers and mounted on vertical shaft. Rotary drums equipped with plated knives are mounted on horizontal crankshaft. Supporting platform is made in the form of stepped opened ring and is equipped with slots for passage of plated knives in cutting zone of each drum. Horizontal disk-type knife and discharge chute are positioned in opening zone of supporting platform. Such construction allows bread cutting to be effectuated in two mutually perpendicular planes and in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and simplified construction.
