FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: facility consists of drum with lengthwise slots and of stationary remover. Plate-like knives are installed in the said slots. A rotary counter roller with cylinder surface is kinematically tied with the drum. Lengthwise slots are made on the cylinder surface of the roller along generatrix. Pushers are arranged eccentrically relative to drum rotation axis. The pushers with operating surfaces are installed between the plate-like knives of the drum.The plate-like knives are fixed in the lengthwise slots of the drum. A shaped guide has curvilinear surface, it is installed with curvature offset of radius of the said curvilinear surface relative to drum rotation axis. The said guide forms a channel of variable cross section for transporting bread product with the plate-like knives.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of facility operation.
