FIELD: building, particularly for building structures in periodically flooded districts.
SUBSTANCE: house located near water pool in area provided with water tower, open pond and water turbine is built on panel equipped with equalizer. Panel is arranged on lever arm. Secured to another lever arm is vessel put into waterproof well. Well closure, water turbine chamber closure and water tower are located above maximum level of water in pool estimated over many years. Vessel is filled with water from water tower as flooding occurs and panel with house rises up to level exceeding above maximum level. After water abatement water is removed from vessel by pump installed on closure of water turbine chamber which results in vessel movement upwards. As a result, plate with house moves downwards to initial position. Open pond is placed relative water turbine chamber so that when pond drain gate is opened water enters water turbine and starts its rotation. Electric generator connected to water turbine and located on water turbine closure generates electrical current for domestic usage inside building and for pump operation.
EFFECT: possibility to erect living house suitable for living in water flood conditions.
