FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: turbulent evaporative drying chamber with passive nozzle contains evaporative and drying chamber combined in common housing with gas supplying and discharging pipelines, filtering heat-exchanger implemented as nozzle from boiling bed of inert bodies. Sprinkler with injectors is situated above this nozzle. Sprinkler is implemented as header with control throttle of primary solution supply rotating on bearing. Exhaust ash-laden gases are pre-treated in acoustic plant and gas flows to cyclone with silo where the main part of gas-entrained dry material is released. Final cleaning of gases is in sleeve filter with silo. Besides, injectors are centrifugal and contain housing with chamber where screw is press fitted. There is a throttling opening in housing bottom and choke with cylindrical opening, diffuser and gasket is located on top. Threaded opening is available inside screw and tapered chamber is situated above throttling opening. Tapered chamber is intended for forming cumulative fine swirling flow. Injector screw is produced from hard materials: carbide, tungsten, ruby and sapphire.
EFFECT: improvement of drying productivity.
