FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of drying solutions, preferably sorbite, and can be used in the chemical, medical and other industries. Apparatus for drying solutions in a fluidized bed, preferably sorbite, comprises a drying chamber with a gas distribution grid located above the grid at an equal distance from each other of the nozzle and a rotary blade impeller. Each of the nozzles comprises a body, a fitting and a co-axially inserted swirl insert. Fitting is configured with an expanding channel for liquid supply to the cylindrical hole, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a shaped aperture coaxial with it made in the form of a diffuser. Cylindrical hole of the body accommodates cylindrical swirl insert, arranged axially symmetric having outer peripheral screw-like threaded channels. Central axial bore with thread on inner surface directed opposite to that thread of channels is arranged along the swirler axis. Said swirler is fitted in the case via elastic gaskets and pressed by union-case thread joint. External screw-like threaded channels and the screw thread on the inner surface of the axial hole of said swirl insert are arranged at variable pitch. Vortex insert is made of wear-resistant material. Perforated disk is installed at the top of the fitting, into which a hollow helical conical swirler is mounted in an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical hole made axially symmetrically to the injector body. On the surface of the hollow helical conical swirler a screw thread is cut.

EFFECT: improvement of operational reliability and drying quality.
