FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: p-type and n-type semi-conducting lines are arranged so that all p-type lines are in one plane and n-type lines are in other parallel plane. Besides, hot junction points are distanced from cold points, reducing spurious conductive losses between junction points.

EFFECT: high temperature gradient due to reduction of spurious conductive losses between hot and cold junction points and tighter integration of lines.
