FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cerebral blood flow autoregulation (CBFA) velocity is rated in AVM afferent vessel. In case CBFA velocity is reduce more than twice compared to CBFA velocity on opposite side not providing AVM blood supply, afferent vessel is diagnosed as functionally insignificant.
EFFECT: method expands range diagnostic agents of afferent vessel functional value of arterio-venous cerebrum malformation.
