FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and interventional neuroradiology. Within not less than 4 minutes continuously record the systemic arterial tension and linear velocity of blood flow in the main intracranial artery involved in blood supply of a malformation. By means of cross-spectral analysis o a temporary series is calculated phase shift between spontaneous oscillations of systemic arterial tension and linear velocity of blood flow in the range of M-waves before and after disconnecting of a malformation. In the absence of normalization of phase shift after disconnecting of the arteriovenous malformation from blood circulation, demonstrating the continuing violation of autoregulation, predict burst of normal perfusion pressure and emergence of postoperativebleeding complications.

EFFECT: method allows non-invasively, with sufficient informational content to predict burst of normal perfusion pressure and postoperative bleeding complications.
