SUBSTANCE: traction is conducted at the junction of muscular and tendon tissues with two threads of absorbable material with 3-4 weeks of strength retention period and 3-4 kg pressure bearing till ends of the ruptured tendon touch each other. In cross direction to the direction of spitted tendon groups of fibers, atraumatic suture is placed leaving 0.3-0.6 cm from the base of each of the fiber groups, uniting parts of the fibers by mattress suture pulling the thread out to the top of the fiber bundle. Further insertion of the thread is done at the base of the gap between similar fiber bundles on the opposite side, pulling the threads out at 0.7-1.3 cm from the base of the bundles, suturing each fiber group of both ends of the ruptured tendon, placing bundles layer-by-layer between them. Threads are placed distad from the suture site of the tendon, fibers are seized spirally and tied.

EFFECT: ensures reconstruction of initial length, integrity and continuity of injured tendon, reduces tension in the suture of tendon, prevents postoperative complications, reduces traumatism and shortens length of treatment.
