FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: chlorine series photosensitiser is intravenously injected in dose 0.8-1.0 mg/kg within 10 minutes and cured for 1.5 hours. After that rectangular scleral valves are formed over tumour. Electrodes are inserted through formed sclera beds alongside intraocular neoplasm periphery. Laser light guide is inserted into tumour centre. Electrochemical lysis of tumour is applied at charge 12-18 coulomb within 10 minutes. Then tumour base is transscleral laser radiated with fields overlapping adjacent next fields by 30% of the area concentric from periphery to the centre. Irradiation procedure covers circumferential tissues not less than by 1 mm from border of tumour base. Energy density per one field is 100-120 J/cm2. After that tumour is radiated with laser light guide of power 20-30 mW within 3 minutes.

EFFECT: invention extends range of methods of electrochemical destruction and photodynamic therapy for choroid melanoma and allows for full destruction of tumour preventing metastasis.
