FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously introducing chlorine row photosensitizer at a dose of 0.8-1.0 mg/kg during 10 min after having exposed the tumor. Fluorescent diagnostic study of photosensitizer accumulation in tumor and in surrounding air is carried out after 15-20 min long exposure away from light. Electrodes are intravitreally introduced into the tumor and electrochemical lysis is carried out with 12-18 Q charge. The electrodes are withdrawn and intravitreal tumor laser-mediated irradiation is applied at wavelength corresponding to photosensitizer light absorption maximum field-by-field with neighboring fields overlap as follows. Tumor periphery is irradiated with intact tissue being caught not less than 1 mm far from ophthalmoscopically visible tumor boundary at power density of 40-60 J/cm2 per 1 field. Then, one or several fields are irradiated by applying power density of 110-150 J/cm2 to tumor top. Irradiation being over, tumor destruction products are removed.
EFFECT: complete tumor destruction; prevented tumor dissemination.
