FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: facility contains magnetic conductor with winding, switching device. Magnetic conductor is made of steel plates of "C"-shaped form, isolated from each other and located one inside of other like "nested dolls", and has grooves from two sides coil location. Magnetic conductor is outfitted by polar tips. Switching device connects brake coils either to source of continuous or to the source of alternating three-phased voltage.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities.
