SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of secondary batteries condition detection. Voltage value of secondary battery is detected, current value of secondary battery is determined. The first coefficient R1 of correction is calculated on the basis of secondary battery voltage value. The secondary correction coefficient R2 is calculated on the basis of secondary battery current. Full capacitance of secondary battery is calculated on the basis of voltage value, current value and the first and the second correction coefficients. At that the second coefficient of correction is increased, when the secondary battery is charged/discharged with current that has higher absolute value and is reduced, when the secondary battery is charged/discharged by current that has lower absolute value.
EFFECT: development of efficient method for detection of secondary batteries condition.
