FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to canning industry. Cans are manufactured by cutting and frying skinned bonito fillet in vegetable oil, grating and sauteing garlic in vegetable oil, cutting and blanching tomatoes, cutting and freezing bunching onion and garden cress, mixing the above components without oxygen access with sake, lemon juice, table salt, black pepper and red hot pepper, packing the obtained mix and dry white wine, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
