FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned food out of molluscs. The method involves cutting and sauteing onion and tomatoes in vegetable oil, cutting and freezing cilantro, cutting molluscs meat, sautéing corn meal in vegetable oil. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with lemon juice, table salt and black pepper. The obtained mix and coconut milk are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
