SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-plant canned food for space feeding. The method involves cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing onion and paprica, cutting, blanching and mincing lemons, freezing and mincing bunching onion and cilantro, mincing molluscs meat. The above components are mixed with coconut milk, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extracts of the specified micromitset biomass and black pepper. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
