FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes onions, tomatoes and paprika cutting and browning in vegetable oil, lemons cutting and blanching, cutting and freezing of green onions and coriander, cutting of shellfish meat. The said components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and coconut milk are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
